Inclusions

  • Legals Only Ceremony: Celebrant Monitum, legal vows said by couple, a ring exchange if required, and signing of the marriage certificates (lasting around 3-5 minutes).

  • Lodging of Legal Paperwork: We'll guide you through the legal requirements and take care of all the necessary paperwork.

*Additional charges apply to:

  • Ceremonies held outside 10am–4pm Monday to Thursday

  • Ceremonies held further than 20km from where our closest celebrant is located

  • Over 6 guests

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need witnesses?

Yes, you will need to provide 2 x witnesses aged 18+. Our celebrants can also arrange witnesses for you for an additional fee.

what documents do we need to provide?

A Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged with your celebrant at least 1 month before your legal marriage ceremony. Our celebrants can assist you with this process as part of our fee.

You will need to provide your celebrant with proof of your identity and proof of your date and place of birth. Passports cover this, or a birth certificate and photo ID. If you have previously been married you need to provide proof the marriage has ended.

how quickly can we get married

You are required by Australian law to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage with your celebrant at least one calendar month before your legal marriage ceremony. As long as your NOIM is lodged with us at least one month before, we can get you married as soon as possible.

Not quite - this is a simple, legals-only service designed to get you married quickly and affordably, without the ceremony trimmings. There's no microphone, no aisle walk, no music, we just get you legally married.
